I’m wondering if anyone is ordering from USA because I just made my first order (have not received it yet) and I paid for shipping which was $25 but then I received an email from DHL that I have to pay for custom fees another $60. So just to be clear the shipping costs 50% of the price of the product for me it was $85. Whatever I ordered was only $130. Should I know that in advance no way I would order anything. The site vaguely states something about import taxes may apply but nothing indicates what the price will or might be. Also once you find out that you have to pay and if you want to cancel you will not get refunded for shipping. And if you want to return you will not get your money for customs. I’m hoping I will enjoy whatever I ordered because it’s my first and last time buying anything from here.

*Just received the most beautiful dress I’ve ever owned and experienced amazing customer service!*

I was lucky enough to purchase the beautiful Rayne dress on the evening of its launch. I ordered through Shopify and, although my purchase showed as confirmed, I didn’t receive an email confirmation. I contacted Wanderdoll just to check that my order had gone through on their side.
I completely understand that the team must have been incredibly busy at the time, having just launched the Sol Calor collection. Nevertheless, Olivia responded to my query so quickly and reassured me that my order had been received. She also explained that the dress was a preorder item, which had been clearly stated on the website. She was so kind and friendly throughout - so thank you so much, Olivia!
Fast forward to today and my dress has arrived - it is absolutely stunning! It is honestly the most beautiful dress I’ve ever owned, and I cannot wait to wear it in a few weeks time.
To make my experience with Wanderdoll even better, I also received a thoughtful email thanking me for my patience while waiting for my dress to arrive. I thought this was such a lovely touch, especially as the dress was more than worth the short wait.

I got in touch as I was missing part of my order - turns out it wasn’t missing and it was in pre-order but the lovely Olivia helped me out and made sure I still got my item in time for my holiday! Can’t thank her enough xx

Terrible experience.

I placed an order on 2nd July after receiving an email confirming that it had been dispatched. I was looking forward to receiving it before my holiday.

After several days with no tracking updates, I contacted customer service and was told to wait a few more days for the tracking to update. I did as advised, but nothing changed. I emailed again and received no response. When I eventually heard back, I was told I would need to wait 14 days for the tracking to update.

After waiting 16 days, I contacted them again, and unsurprisingly, I’ve still had no reply.

Throughout this entire process, there has been no apology, no meaningful communication, and no attempt to resolve the issue. I have repeatedly requested either my order or a refund, but neither has been provided.

I am now £138 out of pocket with no parcel and no resolution. This level of customer service is completely unacceptable, and based on my experience, I cannot recommend this company.

I was waiting on a dress I needed for a holiday that wouldn’t be back in time. Olivia the person I was speaking too made sure my delivery was upgraded so I’d receive my item in time. They were brilliant! X

Amazing customer service received from Olivia who responded to my order query. My order was delayed in shipping and she offered next day to ensure faster delivery. She was super friendly and fast to respond. Thank you.

Ordered from Wanderdoll some wedding guest outfits, there was a slight delay with my order so I contacted customer service to check everything was alright. Olivia got back to me super quick & explained the issue & assured me my items were on the way!
They came a couple of days later and I can’t get over the quality! Absolutely amazing & love!!

I ordered two dresses for my holidays being 28 weeks pregnant at the time. After reading some of the other reviews after ordering, I was a little nervous I could have an issue with delivery/returns. On arrival of the dresses, one was a little small so I sent back for an exchange. This was sorted out quickly, with the new dress arriving within a week and it fit like a glove! Overall, very happy and didn't experience any issues. Dresses also seem like they would be good for both pregnancy and afterwards as they have a lot of stretch and seem good quality. Will definitely order again 😊

I got in touch with customer services via email as I wasn’t sure when my order was due to arrive. Olivia was so helpful. She even contacted me a few days later to say they are shipping it earlier than expected. The small details but make a big impact! Amazing customer service!!!

Purchased twice from Wanderdoll and it’s amazing, my engagement party dress got so many compliments. Recently purchased the Rayne dress and I can’t wait to wear it. I ordered two outfits for a maternity photoshoot, totaling approximately €200. When the parcel arrived at customs, I was asked to pay an additional €100 in customs clearance fees.

I understand that Wanderdoll has no control over customs charges. However, I regularly order clothing from the UK and have never encountered fees this high. Because of the unexpected cost, I chose not to accept the parcel and instructed customs to return it to Wanderdoll.

Unfortunately, since then I have been unable to get any response regarding my refund. I have contacted Wanderdoll’s customer service multiple times, but none of my enquiries have been answered. The complete lack of communication has been extremely disappointing. I understand that returns can take time to process, but simply acknowledging customer enquiries would go a long way.

Products are fantastic quality but customer service is significantly lacking. I ordered a dress for my baby shower and needed to size up so ordered the next size next day delivery but an older version of the dress arrived that just wasn’t the same quality (different material & zip). Contacted customer services and never got a reply so I ordered again but the same older version arrived. I contacted customer services again as I now had 3 dresses I couldn’t wear, had paid 3 next day delivery charges & now have to pay 3 return charges but again other than to tell me I would have to pay 3 return charges I’ve just been ignored. Such a shame as I really like the brand and quality but wouldn’t order again.

The top I ordered came with some missing hooks, however Olivia from the customer service team was really quick to respond to my email, offered me a free return and also shipped the same item out again as soon as I returned the faulty one so that I didn’t have to wait :) thanks!
