Had items that didn’t fit and needed to return as I’m pregnant and the portal wouldn’t let me do the return even though I was in the correct time frame, emailed in and Olivia sorted it straight out for me. Amazing customer service!

I have ordered a dress on pre order for the 7th of September however needed to know if it would arrive to me before the wedding I needed it for on the 11th, they emailed me back within 2 hours advising they will upgrade my shipping to next day delivery so I’ll receive it in time!

What great customer service from Gary. I emailed to ask if my pre ordered dress would be able to be shipped before the expected delivery date as I really needed it for a wedding. I was contacted immediately and they shipped it out for next day delivery.

Would highly recommend purchasing from wanderdoll the quality of there items is absolutely amazing customer service is so helpful in particular Gary was absolutely amazing and so so helpful any queries i had he dealt with very promptly and professionally will definitely be purchasing again

I was really excited to receive my dress as it was absolutely beautiful. Unfortunately, it was much smaller than expected, so I exchanged it for a larger size. Even the larger size didn’t fit, so I returned it.

The dress was only tried on for around five minutes and was returned in excellent condition with the original material band still attached. After about a week, I received an email saying my return was being processed, so I assumed everything was fine. I was then surprised to receive another email saying my return had been refused due to “debris” and that the dress was being sent back to me.

I’m genuinely disappointed by the outcome, especially as I’ve never had any issues with Wanderdoll before. I had planned to use my refund to purchase another item, but this experience has completely put me off ordering again. I feel the decision was unfair, particularly given how briefly the dress was tried on and the lack of any evidence to support the reason for refusing the return.

It’s such a shame because the clothing is lovely, but unfortunately this experience has left me feeling let down.

The pictures are not of the dress I sent back , they simply can’t be . I only tried it on . I don’t own any white glitter. I have read other reviews where unfortunately you have refused refunds with bizarre reasons. I have now contacted my card company and have filled out a consumer services form online from citizens advice. I have taken photos of the returned dress and the packaging . I look forward to their findings. I can’t afford to waste money sadly. Also just to add I paid for the postage to exchange and return so it wasn’t free.

I contacted the customer service team and Gary was kind enough to help me. The response was prompt and professional, made my experience with Wanderdoll that much better.I have previously ordered from here and would definitely recommend.

This company is the worst company ever. I purchased a few dresses from them. The total was $360. I ended up paying over $170 for shipping and import fees. When I received the items, they were used with makeup stains on the them. How are you selling dresses over for $100 and sending used items with makeup stains and smells like perfume. It’s so disgusting and inconsiderate. It’s such an inconvenience for me because I purchased the clothes for my birthday. Please stay far away from this company. The clothes do not look like what they do on their Instagram. It’s has been a nightmare dealing with them. They don’t care about you as a customer and are very dismissive. I never again buy anything from this company again.

After posting my review. The company responded lying about items being returned to me. They’ve never offered any help at all. I sent picture 12 minutes after receiving the damaged items that had makeup on it. This is a horrible company. Again, please don’t spend your hard earned money there. Stay away!

I received a birthday promotional email stating my discount code “Expires 30 days from the date received.” When I tried to use it within those 30 days, it didn’t work. After reaching out to the customer service team they stated it expired after 21 days.

Instead of acknowledging the misleading wording or apologising, customer services blamed me for using an “expired” code, despite me relying on the expiry date stated in their own email.

If you advertise an offer as valid for 30 days, customers should be able to trust that. Poor customer service and a refusal to take responsibility have left me with little confidence in Wanderdoll’s compliance with the advertising standards.

Didn’t disclose there would be an import fee, then said that it would take over a month for a refund because I didn’t want to pay the import fee. Disputing the charge. The import fee was $70 USD for an $150 dress.

Always loved my outfits from here !!!! Olivia especially has also been so helpful with my recent order. Thank you
