My order arrived completely damaged. The exterior box was intact but the item had a big hole. It was dirty and just a mess. I reached out to the team and Olivia x helped through the whole situation. She was able to investigate what exactly happened to my beautiful dress. It was NOT the company’s fault. She handled my issue with such ease and I am so happy she did. Thank you all so much!! ❤️

I have been ordering clothes from this company since they started up. The clothes are absolutely beautiful and the quality is gorgeous, they are really made to last wear after wear.
I recently had to return some items unfortunately, due to the style not suiting me. I had a few issues with Royal Mail when returning the parcel. However I contacted Wanderdoll through email and Olivia responded to me so quickly and she was so helpful and friendly and really put my concerns at ease. I have been pleasantly surprised with how great her customer service was, as you do not often get this with other companies. Thank you again Olivia and this is reinforces my opinion on how great this company is! I will definitely carry on being a loyal customer.

Missed returns period and got in contact with the customer service team who very kindly offered store credit as I always have to order things in 2 sizes to try. Gary and Olivia were very helpful and got back to me promptly to rectify the issue and with me being away again they have given me 7 days to ship!

Can’t fault wanderdoll - have been ordering for years and always love every single piece. Accidentally put down the wrong shipping address for a new order earlier and emailed customer service looking for help and got a response within 20 minutes! Olivia updated the address and emailed me straight back to reassure me. 1000/10 from me as always ❤️

**Extremely poor quality and even worse customer service!**

I purchased the viral Rayne dress for £145 and wore it for just one occasion. I had the dress on for approximately 6 hours, predominantly indoors, and spent much of the evening sitting down. By the end of the evening, the fabric had developed several highly visible white stitch/pull marks across the front of the dress.

The dress has **not been washed**. I contacted Wander Doll immediately after noticing the damage and provided photographic evidence. I also offered to return the dress so they could physically inspect it.

Unfortunately, rather than investigating the issue further, I was told that their product team had reviewed my photographs and concluded that the garment had experienced friction during wear, handling or washing. They also referred to the care instructions stating that the material is delicate. On that basis, they classified the issue as care-related and closed my complaint, refusing a refund or replacement.

I find this extremely disappointing. The dress was worn once, for only a few hours, under completely normal conditions. The damage has occurred from the ordinary process of sitting down and standing up while wearing the dress. I would expect a £145 dress to withstand normal wear without developing significant visible damage after a single occasion, particularly when it has not even been washed.

I do not consider this to be a reasonable level of durability, and I do not accept that simply describing the fabric as delicate means that normal wear resulting in this level of deterioration should be considered the customer's responsibility.

What has been even more disappointing than the quality of the dress has been the customer service. I provided photographs, explained exactly how the dress had been worn and offered to return it for inspection, yet my complaint was dismissed without the dress ever being physically examined.

I am genuinely appalled that a dress can become effectively unwearable after one careful wear, and that the company is unwilling to take responsibility or even inspect the garment.

I would strongly recommend potential customers consider this experience before purchasing.

Very disappointed with the service. I ordered a parcel before the bank holiday and the courier attempted delivery when nobody was home. The delivery was then rearranged only for me to receive an email the following day stating that my parcel had been delivered to another address.

I contacted the company on 29th August to chase this and ask for my parcel to be located but I have received no response whatsoever.

It is completely unacceptable for a parcel to be delivered to an unknown address without any clear information being provided to the customer especially after I have made repeated efforts to resolve the issue.

I am still waiting to find out where my parcel is and expect a prompt response and resolution. Very poor communication and customer service.

Super speedy response on a fault return. First response took less than an hour and overall solution took less than 24 hours. Great communication from Olivia.
