Very prompt delivery
Very prompt delivery. A huge discount on what this paper retails at in the US...( Without which I wouldn't have bought!)and the little Chinese scenes in a cool green have transformed my bedroom from a boring magnolia into an exotic and restful retreat.

Dissatisfied Customer
We purchased 10 rolls of Palazzo Galerie wallpaper which is supposed to be non-transparent. The walls were well prepped and the paper applied. Following drying it was apparent you could see marks through the paper in several areas. We complained to Galerie but got no positive response. We removed all the paper and re-prepped the walls and lined them. Then after purchasing more of the same paper and reapplying it then letting it dry some black blotches appeared. We complained again but still got a negative response. We are very disappointed with the outcome after spending such a large amount on the wallpaper!
This unfortunately has gone to the wrong company. It should have gone to Galerie and not Wallpaper Sales.

Svar fra Wallpaper Sales
Thank you for your feedback, Kenneth. We're really sorry to hear about the difficulties you've experienced with your wallpaper order.
However, we've looked into this and unfortunately we're unable to locate an order for 10 rolls of Palazzo Galerie wallpaper on our system. Could you get in touch with your order number so we can confirm whether this relates to a purchase with Wallpaper Sales? We want to make sure any complaint is directed to the right retailer so you can get the support you deserve.
EDIT: Thank you for coming back to us, Kenneth. It sounds like this review may have been intended for Galerie directly rather than Wallpaper Sales. We'd recommend getting in touch with them to ensure your complaint reaches the right place. As this review doesn't relate to an order with us, we'd kindly ask if you'd be able to remove it. We hope you get a resolution soon.
