Svar fra Wallpaper Sales
Thank you for your feedback and we're sorry to hear your samples haven't arrived yet. Our website does advise that products for this brand can take 1–2 weeks as they are a special order item, but we understand that over two weeks is frustrating. We've gone ahead and resent your samples just in case the originals have gone astray with Royal Mail. Please do get in touch if there's anything else we can help with in the meantime.

Great customer service
I ordered some wallpaper in early April and received an e mail advising a delay to my order until the end of April. I was due to go on holiday on the date it was due in so i contacted the company and asked if my delivery could be dispatched after i returned. They replied promptly by e mail that it was not a problem and true to their word advised me on the day i returned it had been dispatched. My wallpaper arrived the next day. Excellent customer service and competative price for the wallpaper.

I’ve used wallpaper sales a number of times and cannot fault them.
The prices are amazing, I’ve just saved 31% on the RRP on a Sanderson paper.
Great customer service too, very polite and helpful.

Disappointed sample was far too small…
Disappointed sample was far too small it had a very significant bird on the wallpaper which would be very very obvious it needed to be included in the sample, decided not to order as couldn;t see print

Svar fra Wallpaper Sales
Thank you for your feedback, Rebecca. We're sorry the sample didn't show the full motif - unfortunately with designer wallpapers, manufacturers only provide small samples, so larger pattern repeats can be tricky to gauge. If you'd like us to send another sample to see if it captures a different part of the pattern, please don't hesitate to get in touch and we'll get one over to you.
Very helpful
Great delivery experience. Needed an extra roll. Very helpful and sent the same batch. No problems at all.
