I have been having some Motor problems on my dog grooming Wahl km10 clippers I sent back a few times to be serviced but it just kept shutting off I’m so happy with the company sent me out a brand new clipper I am very pleased and satisfied . Thanks Wahl

I purchased a Wahl hair trimmer , most of the combs were bent . the box claims a 60 mins runtime ,the instructions ( which are a joke ) claim only 45 mins .
The mains adaptor plug is difficult to plug in because the earth pin is too short so does not meet British Standards . How's it got a CE safety mark ?
I complained to Wahl but they have only acknowledged the comb problem . Yet more rubbish from China .

Received a Wahl Clipper for Christmas, in trying to change a blade, I did something wrong & the head fell apart.
Wahl's Customer kindly sent me a new Bladeset at no cost

The cust service and the quality of the nose trimmer, responsive,affordable,great company

Wahl heeft zijn tijd gehad. Je betaald voor de naam maar qua innovatie en kwaliteit blijft het achter. Motor met lage toeren ten opzichte van andere merken. Daarbij zogezegd verschillend modellen maar ze hebben bijna allemaal dezelfde motor alleen een andere hoesje of ander mes. En ineens bij de nieuwe modellen een andere stroom aansluiting dus je kunt met een oude lader geen nieuw model opladen. Lekkere waardering voor je trouwe klanten. Ik ben er klaar mee. Gebruik enkel nog de cordless detailer maar alle normale clippers zijn echt verleden tijd voor mij.

Wahl clippers were recommended after using some from another company which did not do the job. The clippers give a great cut each time, sadly I had to contact customer services as the battery was not lasting a full cut and I had to finish off using the cable. I was unable to find my receipt but Wahl were able to establish the date by an internal mark and replaced the clippers without question. The customer service (Rebecca) member was extremely helpful and patient as I was not able to reply within a reasonable time to her requests for information.
A brilliant service, thank you.

As a pensioner I find the packaging to open these clippers are dangerous and require a lot of strength, not to mention wearing gloves.
The plastic packaging is LETHAL !!

Wahl magic clip was goed om mee te leren maar ging stuk na 6 maanden
Wahl senior heeft geen 2 maanden gehaald. Was altijd snel warm en na 2 maanden gebruiken is hij gestorven.

Clippers werden dagelijks geölied en gereinigd zoals het hoort.

Wahl simply do not seem to bother responding to customer enquiries. Even from someone who actively wants to buy something. Very odd.

Bij bol een tondeuze gekocht van Moser. Dit product valt onder Wahl blijkbaar. 8 april 2020 gekocht. In december doet het product zijn werkt niet meer. Naar contact via mail met foto's krijg ik te horen dat een plastic onderdeel onder de scheerkop is afgebroken. Valt niet onder garantie! Slijtage onderdelen. Was het antwoordt. Kosten 4.50 euro. Na ontvangst artikel blijkt het precies zo uit te zien als artikel wat kapot is. Als dit onder service wordt gezien. Moet deze firma zich flink schamen. Nieuwe tondeuze gekocht ander merk. Kosten 90 euro. Ben benieuwd hoe ze dit gaan oplossen. Wahl voor mij tot nu toe 1 ster

WAHL FRAUDE!! Compré modelo Balding Clipper, ME HA DURADO MESES, la cuchilla ha dejado de moverse y por lo tanto de cortar el pelo. Servicio Técnico de WAHLSPAIN me responde que ha sufrido sobrecalentamiento y no lo cubre la garantía. He cumplido con el mantenimiento recomendado y me exigen el pago de la reparación. INSISTO, LA CORTADORA DE PELO ME HA DURADO MESES Y EL SERVICIO TÉCNICO NO RESPONDE CON LA GARANTÍA. No caigan en el error de comprar Wahl, la garantía no cubre ni cuchillas, ni interruptor ni nada que se mueva porque lo consideran desgaste, total UN TIMO!!

Excellent products and even better customer service! I had an issue with a pair of clippers that was several years old. They immediately sent me a replacement. Great products and company!!!! One of these days when the clippers finally give out I will definitely be going back with another wahl!!

Solid products. They have been around for a while now. Wish the beard trimmers had better attachments.

Tondeuse achetée une première fois sur Amazon qui est arrivée HS,
problème d'oscillateur. J'ai renouvelé l'achat sur un autre site, la tondeuse a fonctionné 2 mois et ensuite est tombée en panne pour à nouveau un problème d'oscillateur. La tondeuse a été soit disant dégradée pendant le voyage lors de l'envoi au sous-traitant SAV Walh france qui ne veut rien entendre ainsi que le service client Walh france, aucune écoute, Lamentable!!
Je déconseille fortement ce produit!!!
