I purchased an Xentry softare insatlled in Lenovo think pad with DOIP. The product was sent to me. As i am a novice I faced some troubles in installing and operating the software. I contacted a Sales officer named Lucy to get my problem solved. She responded promptly and put me on to the technician and he was also prompt and excellent through the good offices of Lucy.The technician through team viewer sorted out the mistakes. This happened couple of times and VXdas without any hesitation and delay was promptly responded to my needs. Further I purchased Intelligence tester and had problems with the registration and again Lucy through
whatsapp messenger helped me to get that registered.In any business customer service is the backbone and an essential ingredient for it success.Its an amazing experience for me to deal with such talented people at this company.Thanks for keeping me as a well satisfied customer.

Carriers do not ship on weekends, and our storage stock-up & test of the product took 48 hours, so the shipping information little delayed, and now it's ready to ship out.

I purchased the GDS VCI scanner and it arrived in just 3 days from half way around the world! I hooked up the device to my car and it worked perfect. I needed help locating the device labels and Lucy at VXDAS came to the rescue quickly. Outstanding customer service! I highly recommend them.

so far the experience has been very positive. After a while using, the scanner lost communication with the VCI and Lucy and the engineering support were very helpful on solving the problem via teamviewer.Keep up the good work

Das Diagnosekabel funktioniert einwandfrei, aber die Installationsanleitung ist unbrauchbar !-
Die Lieferung des Diagnosekabel und der Disc mit der Software, war absolut in Ordnung. Warum in der Bewertung nur 3 Sterne ?
Weil die deutsche und englische Installationsanleitung
absolut unzureichend ist.
Wie bekannt , sind zwei getrennte Software Teile zu installieren.
1 ) die Grundsoftware Herausgeber Ross-Tech
2 ) der Loader
Die Grundsoftware zu installieren, ist absolut einfach
nahezu selbst erklärend.
Wie man den Loader zu installieren hat, ist
ABSOLUT UNZUREICHEND OBERFLÄCHLICH und schlecht beschrieben.
Man hat den Eindruck, die Firma VXDAS , weiß es selbst nicht genau.
Wenn man nach der Installation am Desktop das Ikon löschen soll und danach den Loader mit der Datei ROSS- Tech verbinden soll, WIE KANN DANACH DER START ERFOLGEN.
Das ist das Wichtigste und ist NICHT BESCHRIEBEN . Ich habe extrem viel Zeit geopfert , durch probieren einen Start des Loaders und der damit verbundenen Software zu erreichen.
Es ist mir nach unnötig viel geopferter Zeit gelungen , die beiden Softwareteile ( Grundsoftware und Loader ) zu starten.
Wenn einem das gelingt ( was sehr schwer ist ) funktioniert das Diagnosekabel sehr gut . Man kann alle erwarteten Arbeiten am Auto durchführen.
Ich könnte jetzt genau schreiben, wie ein Start des Loaders zu erreichen ist , weil ich es mühsam herausgefunden habe. Das erkläre ich aber hier bewußt nicht, weil ich den Eindruck habe , VXDAS, weiß es selber nicht.
Fazit :
1 ) Hardware okay
2 ) Software okay
3 ) Diagnosefunktion am Auto okay
3 ) Installationsbeschreibung katastrophal unzureichend und UNBRAUCHBAR !
( Insbesondere Implementierung und START der Loadersoftware und damit in der Folge auch der Grundsoftware )
