Never again! Do not buy direct. Foolishly i checked trustpilot score post delivery - WOW, the reviews are real. Shambolic returns process. 5 DHL drop shops later i had to goto airport for return. TBC if i get refund. Multiple emails to Volcom before someone replies.

I had trouble navigating the return policy and the customer service team were very quick and helpful.

I’ve bought a skiing pant and jacket from volcom last year.
Both the jacket and the pants are water nor wind proof, i emailed them about it and they said it was too late to return them…
After using them 1 day in the snow the fabric was already starting to wear out due to poor quality.
Again i emailed volcom customer service about this, but they started to ignore me.
Still i havent received any reply or refund….

Bought a Volcom iconic hoodie a year ago and it has completely just fallen apart. I only wore it snowboarding and customer service said that they would do something if it was purchased online. I’m like it was purchased online they were like yeah there’s nothing we can do about it sorry so wanted to get on here and make sure everyone knows that Volcom is a terrible company to buy from.

I have been buying from Volcom in several years. Have not had any issues with shipment or quality of clothes.
Had an issue with the return form not working, Volcom helped and was super friendly.
My GPT winter jacket is awsome and last very well.
I have no clue how many tshirts and hoodies i have bought through the years, but if i say 50 i don’t think i am much off.

I think the only thing super annoying is that the homepage does not show if the clothes is cotton or polyester… you kinda have to guess. Just put it in the specs Volcom ;)

Item was supposed to be delivered on 2 January, it hasn’t turned up and no response from customer service.

Bad quality and rude customer service

We bought a jacket and pants for skiing and on the first day it was already falling apart. The customer service there the worst , the don’t respond or the tell you that the can’t help.

Never buy volcom.

I have bought a ton of Volcum clothing in the past. What happened!? Have they gone woke? Just ordered from them. The fabrics are cheap now. Look at the website. Are you selling to kids with no jobs. Greezy headed skinny models . The work clothes are not designed for the working man anymore.volcum workwear used to be durable. Now it's not durable and not for the working man. I will not be ordering from them again. At your prices... good bye

J’avais fait une commande avec une mauvaise taille ! J’ai envoyé un mail le soir même, le lendemain le souci était résolu ! Efficace Volcom ! Merci et bravo

J’ai acheté chez VOLCOM à Anglet un pantalon pour mon petit-fils, il taille bien, la qualité est très bonne, la livraison a été très rapide. J’ai eu un petit souci dans ma livraison (qui ne dépendait pas de Volcom) et le service après-vente a été d’une rapidité et efficacité exemplaire. Je le note vraiment car on ne retrouve plus actuellement de tel service. Je recommande fortement cette société car je tiens à valoriser la compétence du personnel qui est dans cette entreprise.

Terrible quality so tried to return. What a polava. They don't send QR code to make life easy. They want you to print a label. Who has a printer these days. I had to get a neighbour to donit for me and they only use dhl. So I had to drive 20 miles to drop it off only to be told the label won't work. Ive now had to spend £12 posting it back to France. Which I probably won't get back. The items I ordered were really poor quality, unlike my old Volcom stuff which is really good.. fingers crossed I get a refund !!!

Volcom has a trerrible website - it's super slow, so navigating takes ages (probably due to all the 'smart' but needless background videos(?))
Many of the products lack basic info like type of material or style - I gave up looking for jeans, since basic info suck as style is apparently only available if you are willing to click (and wait!) four times and then scroll down to see specifications for each model - jeeeez!
It's been like this for years, but life is simply too short...

Compré una sudadera y era excesivamente ancha para la talla M. Decía ancho clásico. Solicité devolución y la aceptaron pero su política es que los gastos de envío de devolución a Francia son por cuenta del comprador aunque el producto tenga defecto de fabricación. Muy descontenta. Servicio de Atención al Cliente muy malo. No volveré a comprar nada

Étant un habitué de Volcom depuis plus de dix ans et j’ai décidé cette fois de commander directement sur leur site pour plus de facilité.
Il s’agissait d’une commande importante : plusieurs pantalons, deux t-shirts, une chemise et trois paires de chaussures.

Globalement satisfait, mais deux paires de chaussures se sont révélées trop grandes (alors que la troisième allait parfaitement). Je décide donc de les retourner.

À ma surprise, le service client m’informe que les chaussures ne sont « pas comme neuves » et refuse le remboursement. Pourtant, l’une des paires n’a été portée que quelques minutes, uniquement pour vérifier la taille.
Après plusieurs échanges par e-mail, Volcom persiste à refuser le remboursement. J’ai rappelé que, conformément à l’article L221-23 du Code de la consommation, un consommateur est en droit d’essayer le produit dans le cadre de son usage normal. Malgré cela, ils ont refusé de me donner les coordonnées de leur médiateur, ce qu’ils sont pourtant tenus de fournir, et ont tout simplement mis fin à la discussion.

En résumé : qualité des vêtements correcte, mais la gestion du site français est en contradiction avec la loi et totalement irrespectueuse des droits des consommateurs. J’espère que Volcom prendra conscience de ce problème et corrigera ces pratiques.

I like Vocom a lot - the clothes, the brand. The issue does not lie there, the issue is that if you order something from the official Volcom website, it takes forever for your goods to be sent to you, and you get little to no info from Volcom themselves. Not only was shipping 10€, which for a bunch of clothes is very steep, but on top of that I ordered my clothes over 2 weeks ago and nothing has moved despite me emailing the support team. In the initial email regarding my order, they stated "We will email you the tracking number in 2-4 days.". Yeah right. If you want to order Volcom clothes, avoid doing it directly via them

Ein Artikel konnte nicht geliefert werden.
Versand aus Frankreich? per dpd. Verfolgung etwas schwierig.

Toujours de magnifiques produit ! J'aurais bien mis 5 étoiles mais les produits sont quand même assez cher et lors des soldes, il y a clairement peu de produits intéressants et toujours aussi chers
