abhorrent customer service
I'll start of this review by saying that trustpilot forced me to give them 1 star when i really wanted to give them 0 stars infact negative stars if I could.
All I wan't to do is to cancel my contract with them.
A simple procedure you would think but I have been through 6 different customer service representatives with varying degrees of english knowledge from recognising the names of colors to actually being able to formulate a full sentence.
Every piece of communication from them has been the same, them trying to upsell me or putting me on hold to read a dictionary to try and understand me.
I've been talking to them for 70 minutes now and I still can't see an end in sight.
Please pray for me.

Just atrocious
Just atrocious. I had arranged to switch to them for Broadband this week. They managed to lose the router in transit - which resulted in me wasting a day stuck in the house. Refused to dispatch another one with a guaranteed delivery slot. And they also managed to lock me out of my online account two weeks before switching and told me it would take 7 days to get my account reactivated - this is a tech company we are talking about. Decided to cancel my switch, If it's this bad before you even have the service it doesn't promise much for when you are actually a customer.

Where do I start charged for landline calls Didn’t have a phone.
Now on leaving my old address, they emailed me on the 22/4/26 confirmation of my request to cancel/disconnect..you wouldn’t Adam an eve it…I have moved but my landline and broadband have still not been disconnected….We are now in Mid June
Cancellation fee
We were holding on in the hope of getting fttp, but seem to keep falling through the gaps in fibre broadband infrastructure. The copper cable broadband from Vodafone was so bad, and getting worse, that eventually we had no choice but to switch to Starlink. It took most of the day chatting (online - which was abandoned by the assistant!), then phoning to eventually secure a cancellation. They require an early cancellation fee, which feels wrong because the only reason we wanted to cancel was their awful broadband provision.
Poor Vodafone Customer Service
Vodafone customer service has been extremely disappointing. They couldn’t even complete a basic transfer of ownership and kept passing me around with no real help. When they didn’t know what to do, they simply hung up the call instead of resolving the issue. On top of that, their phone signal is poor and unreliable. Overall, a very frustrating experience and well below expectations from a major provider like Vodafone. Avoid at all costs!

What an absolutely disgusting company!
Not only are we dealing with the stress of having to sort my father’s financial affairs, he having lost capacity but Vodafone are constantly refusing to close his account despite us sending documents they have requested. We have dealt with several other organisations in respect of his financial affairs and they have all been wonderful without exception.
Each time we send requested information Vodafone seem to find something else that we have to provide them with, absolutely outrageous. They are a completely despicable and insensitive organisation.
I would urge anybody to completely avoid them.

After long enough 14 years of being customer with Vodafone and for the last 4 years I believe its became a scamming company.
Ive strongly recommend not to renew your contract with this company, 100 % Missleading with prices , and contract prices. Heden charges became part of your life. Call center service from abroad of India sharing your data with other countries thats owesly first part of scam .that's why you get so many scams calls. AVOID, JUST AVOID PEOPLE

Appalling customer service have phoned 5 times for a proof of purchase of a device i got from Vodafone which is damaged I need the proof of purchase for my insurance I’ve been nearly 2 weeks without a phone because of this I use my phone for business and cannot get a replacement because I cannot get a proof of purchase from Vodafone. Endless phone calls emails etc no luck filing a complaint with the fca now.!!!!!
Terrible customer service
Terrible customer service! Iv been left with. No phone for 3 days ! Day 4 tomorrow still no help ! You’re complaints team have zero skill and no idea what they are doing ! Epic failure, I’m a 43 year business customer and you’re answer is for me to go join o2 to sort you’re failure out !!!!

12 months ago went with a new provider told everything would be taken care of by one switch and I didn’t need to do anything. Fast forward 12 month I didn’t realise it was still connected to vodaphone. I’ve since for the last two months been trying to get them to disconnect and everytime they don’t do it come up with some excuse. Last night 1/6/26 I spent over an hour being passed from one customer service agent to the next each telling me the next agent could sort it. They ran out of options as they kept sending me back to the previous team saying that they could deal with it. Telling me my refund would be 8 pounds I mean how what why… I’ve been with vodaphone 6 years for my broadband with no issues till the start of the end…. I would not recommend them whatsoever no customer service no customer satisfaction nothing avoid at all costs and try complain that’s another issues they won’t give you the email or number says they have internal complaints procedure! What an absolute joke should be illegal to do this to people.

Treat customers awfully when they leave (even those who've been with them for many years). Clearly the best way to avoid this is not to go with them in the first place. I certainly won't be going back, nor will I now be considering them for Broadband as I have been. NEVER AGAIN for me or my family. Lesson learnt.

Don't trust vodaforne or ICE communication they business partner they are the worse phone company i have ever used Can’t get to talk to anyone I have tacken some of my phone away and gone to a new provider and very happy.
I paid all the invoices,they keep stopped the service ,then when we asked them to stop sending invoices to us ,they asked us to pay £10050 cancellation fee .
They are crazy.

After having a bad experience trying to apply a voucher to my phone number that I was unable to use, I spoke with very friendly Wanditer who I would definitely give a 5 star rating, she was quickly able to resolve the issue and got my number up and running with the GB data and minutes that I needed. Thanks!
Disgraceful
Disgraceful, I'm trying to pay the remainder of my bill and I'm chatting to a bot that puts me through to someone the other side of the world who hasn't a clue how to allow me to pay my bill. Disgraceful company

If i could give no stars i would. Canceled 3 contracts properly in October. Vodafone still took the money until December when I went through to my bank to cancel the payments. They still send me bills to this day and tell me I owe them money. I have contacted them repeatedly to say they r still sending me bills. Every time they say they are cancelled and I won't get anymore. A debt collectors emailed me to say Vodafone has passed the debt to them . I've been fighting this for over 6 months and I still got an email today saying I owe them money. Im lost with who to go to for help to resolve this im mentally ill and have a panic attack every time I get a new bill that I do not have as the phones were cut off in October. Not only badly over priced which is why I decided to leave but absolutely the worst company to try to get help to resolve any issues
Deceptive representation of data usage
Paid for a 20 euro sim. Their app deceptively makes it look like you've used your data by showing 349/350 and having a red line to signify how much you've used. Seeing this, I added 20 euros. I had now doubled my gigs, of which I had only used 1. They count down. They know fully well this is easily mistaken. Customer service was no help at all.
Well done, Vodafone, you cheated me out of twenty euros, and cost yourself hundreds in future use.
