Great!
Moved from o2 to Vodafone, already a 100% improvement in customer service both online and in store. Used the Yeovil store and Sam and Steve were exceptionally helpful and a credit to the company. Nothing was too much hassle.

Good customer service
Hi dont phone customer service number as you don't get results face to face is better they are really good and I saw the same person chloe who has sorted out all the problems and never makes you feel awkward I was also offered a discount with broadband at a good price so will probably do that very helpful and friendly so very pleased at least it all got solved thank you for today

Intelligent, helpful, efficient, patient and charming
Chloë was a super salesperson: found out what I wanted, made very good suggestions, ticked all the boxes and was over the top patient with the annoyances caused by other Vodaphone departments on-line and over the phone. 5 stars for her...... also the other staff in the store seemed very calm, and efficient. I was recommended to go to Chloe by a friend who was also given the 5 star treatment.... Thanks Chloë!

My daughters phoned got totally broken…
My daughters phoned got totally broken so we went to the Vodafone shop in Yeovil & we saw the shop manager Sam. He was brilliant, he has the patience of a saint, he was very friendly, helpful & efficient. We couldn’t believe that he could sort out a new phone but was also able to get her old number & everything she had on it onto the new phone without having the old phone there. She was very concerned as it had all her son’s baby pictures that she thought she was going to loose. We can’t thank Sam enough so thank you Sam.
