Friendly greeting as I entered from Jodie and Staff member Chloe who was outstanding in her customer service, she was extremely knowledgeable and helpful in her advice and also finding me a more suitable contract, this was at the Wrexham store .

Great staff who were very knowledgeable and helpful.
I was given full options of packages available when upgrading my phone.
Jodie and Chloe were so patient and although it wasn’t straightforward as my phone Touch ID wasn’t working they were super at getting it all sorted for me.

Had to change my phone today at the vodafone store in wrexham. Saw assistant called chris who was extremely helpful and found a very good deal. Would highly recommend dealing with chris who was also very knowledgeable

Brilliant customer service
Was served by Jack today. Spent over an hour trying to sort out my issues after my phone got stolen. Provided me with a new sim and managed to unblock the number after the fraud team blocked it without showing on the system. He then meticulously went through all my options to get a new phone. Priced up all my options and help me get the best deal. Can’t sing his praises enough. A real credit to the company

Patient and clear
My wife and I have been brilliantly helped by Jody in Wrexham patient and clear. We are both in our sixties and not very good with phones but she made it all very easy.

Fantastic customer service as always in the Wrexham branch of Vodafone. Helpful and patient. Nothing is too much trouble. Recieved Fantastic service from the Assistant Manager Chris and a lady called Jodie imparticular. I would highly recommend this Branch.

Jack at the Wrexham branch
Jack at the Wrexham branch was brilliant for helping with getting my upgrade. After 2 hours of complications, system issues he was able to sort out issues within my account (with help from Support) to eventually be able to upgrade my plan and he kept a friendly and calm manner throughout it all. Especially when there was a busy period, he made sure to keep the focus on the task at hand. Thanks Jack for all your help!
