Excellent customer service from Jack

Came in looking for an upgrade & Jack was brilliant. Really attentive & made the product change seamless. Highly recommend if you’re looking for a new phone, definitely come to the Wolverhampton branch!

We went to the Vodafone store and were welcomed by the lovely Jack. Customer service was great, he was attentive, kind and polite from beginning to the end. Really happy with Jack service, he recommended my friend with the best deal that was available. 100% recommend Vodafone and the customer services.
