Leah was absolutely amazing if it wasn't for her I was gonna change my provider but she kept me as your loyal customer for over ten years she should be the manager of this location as I've been coming here for over ten years and she is the best retail advisor I've ever had

been to wolverhampton Vodafone store…

been to wolverhampton Vodafone store today, our server was jack and he offered great customer service and was patient with all our questions, as well as this the number of offers available had been out the roof . Thanks jack.

I was seen by kye he wad brilliant…

I was seen by kye he wad brilliant start to finished helped me upgrade my handset from s23 to a s26
I definitely recommend this Wolverhampton branch and the store manager harj was very helpful helped me remove my virus on my old phone definitely recommend

Kye was an amazing person to deal with

I wanted to leave a review for Kye at the Wolverhampton Vodafone store to recognise the excellent service I received.

Kye was incredibly helpful, patient, understanding and kind throughout my visit. He took the time to listen, explained everything clearly, and never made me feel rushed or pressured. Nothing was too much trouble, and he genuinely wanted to find the best solution for me.

Kye is a real credit to the Wolverhampton store and to Vodafone as a business. Customer service like his is becoming increasingly rare, and he is a fantastic ambassador for the company. Thank you, Kye, for going above and beyond, it was a pleasure to be looked after by someone who clearly cares about their customers.
