Not only did he handle my initial request with speed and clarity, but he also took the initiative to review my actual data usage. He recommended a new plan that fits my lifestyle much better and saved me money in the process. He also assisted my friend who needed recommendation for a pay as you go sim as she is on holiday in the UK for a short period of time. He was incredibly polite, professional, and turned a basic task into a high-value experience. Truly an asset to your team! This was indeed a 5 star service!
