Windsor Vodafone Branch: Our experience was exceptional due to Ali’s customer care. The interaction with him made you feel you could trust him and that he was listening and finding the best solution for us. His colleagues were also great and went the extra mile. turned out amazingly
What made a difference today was the customer service was beyond my expectations. I am satisfied and grateful to Muhammad. The quality he Dili weed was exceptional. Couldn’t find any criticism at all. Compared to Curry’s he dominated them from start to finish. Exactly what you require from a leader, Mohammed thanks I praise all your hard work and really pull my hat off.
All my compliments to the rest of the Windsor visa phone store staff, I enjoyed spending that time discussing properly what better deals you can get and save money as well, with the best recommendations to set the device, or just leave Muhammad take care of it, he is more than happy to help.
I just thought I was going to struggle with security questions for a home broadband which was exaggerated to cancel, again top man, and a well thoughtful agent.

Lovely experience within Windsor store
Lovely experience within Windsor store. Store manager Ali and advisors Noreen and Luke were very welcoming and helpful, was able to offer me the correct packages within my price budget and very welcoming people. Will definitely advise family and friends to visit Windsor branch as it’s the best experience I’ve had in any store

Ali and Luke were great at understanding our needs (myself and my daughter) and working with us on a viable, workable contract - upgrading one phone (as required/necessary) and giving me the best option on something simpler, and cost effective. The service received at the Windsor…
The service received at the Windsor store by the Store Manager Ali has been amazing. He has been so patient with all my mothers questions. Ensuring that she has everything she needs for her phone upgrade. All the staff in the store have been very helpful each time she has visited with even the smallest of questions.

useless, I have been with Vodafone for a few years now, my contract was about £36 a month, half for the phone, the other half for data etc, my contract expired 5 months ago, they decided to increase their charges for my data to £24 a mon th after i finished paying for the phone without telling me, last weekend I tried to cancel my contract, went into their shop in windsor and spent an hour doing this, I was assured it would be ended 2 days later, 3 days later its still running, I contacted customer services and they said its got another month to run even tho they got me to buy another Voxi sim to insert in my phon, so I now have 2 data plans running at the same time, useless bunch, they dont care, just take take take.

When requesting to cancel a service, there is a 30 day notice period, and it sounds like that's why your Vodafone contract is currently still running.
If you were intending to use your existing number on your VOXI SIM, please view the Facebook and X (Formerly Twitter) contact details for VOXI here: https://www.voxi.co.uk/contact-us so that a request can be submitted for you, to move your Vodafone number over to your VOXI SIM.
