Dominic at Vodafone Winchester
I recently had the pleasure of dealing with Dominic at Vodafone Winchester, and I must say, the service was exceptional! From the moment I got in touch, he was incredibly friendly and helpful, making sure all my questions were answered promptly, and all problems resolved.
Unfortunately, I can’t say the same about Vodafone online service which I would rate ZERO. Some other people in the same office were less helpful.

I am really glad and appreciate the service and patience of Dominic who keeps me updated about the progress of my application for an upgrading my plan. I also would like to commend Alex or Alexi not totally sure his name, he suggested an idea about the plan that suits to me and the plan that I really wanted. I believe he is the store manager. Alexei was very kind and helpful. He could answer everything. He didn't rush. While he was helping me, his colleagues approached him twice to ask questions, and he kindly answered them, then apologized to me for being busy with me for that one minute.

Outstanding Experience
I have just visited Vodafone in Winchester.
I was greeted by Alexei & his team ,Harvey & Jack . They were courteous , knowledgeable and very approachable. Their customer service was second to none , even offering to get my wife and I a coffee. I’ve been with Vodafone along time & this is the greatest experience we have ever encountered in their shops .
