Went into the wigan store to trade in my old phone and receive help with an issue with my entertainment plan. John the store manager was really helpful and polite in helping me sort this problem out.

Tom was great!
Tom was really friendly, really informative and helpful! He is a credit to Vodafone. Not only was he really attentive in our appointment but he was also really attentive to other customers in the shop that were waiting whilst he helped me with my purchase which was made really easy with his expertise.
