After a disappointing experience at the Oxford Street branch, where I encountered an extremely rude and unhelpful staff member, I was ready to give up on Vodafone altogether. I had just come out of contract on a line I originally set up for my mum and was exploring upgrade options. Before walking away, we decided to try our luck at the Westfield branch — and I’m so glad we did.
Vodafone completely restored our confidence thanks to Danna, the sales associate who assisted us. She was clear, patient, and professional, taking the time to explain everything thoroughly. Her outstanding service turned what began as a frustrating experience into a truly positive one. Thank you, Danna, for your exceptional customer care!

From the moment we walked in, the employees made you feel welcome and were very easy to communicate with and were able to see us straight away. Hichem really took his time to go through our questions and explained everything step-by-step and really went above and beyond to give a first class customer service experience. We are having a nightmare with…
We are having a nightmare with vodaphone broadband so anyone thinking of signing up I heavily recomend that you think twice. we signed up to the service 6 weeks ago. they were supposed to fix the service two weekes ago they delayed it till today. my husband canceled his job costing us 100 pounds. they didnt show up and the new appointment date shows two months later. i have disconnected our current broadbound so no internet for two months and they have the audacity to charge us for a service we are not reciving.
