Very disappointed with Vodaphone…
Very disappointed with Vodaphone upgrade experience, due to collect my new phone, told unable to due to processing error on Vodaphone side. Very unhelpful, Raised complaint with Customer Services told to call store. No one answering the phone. Would not recommend.

Visited the Weymouth branch of Vodafone…
Visited the Weymouth branch of Vodafone as I was tired of having no signal with my current provider. I had heard good things about Vodafone’s signal so I wanted to switch. I was served by Sarah who was very knowledgeable and talked me through all my options. She was very thorough and ensured I left the store with the best deal possible. Thank you so much Sarah and will definitely be back!

Vodafone Weymouth⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️
I recently had cause to make one of those emergency stressful visits to my local Vodafone store. The kind where you need to sort a new device and yet panic about the cost and what that entails. And having had previous bad experiences I can only describe my mindset as one of utter dread and dismay.
Wow. What can I say!?
I was sat down by the most lovely young lady called Sarah and she not only resolved my issue (running through extensive options) but went above and beyond in managing my general state as a stressed and crying fully grown adult!!!
She was bloomin brilliant.
Fast forward a day and I encountered big problems setting up my new phone and transferring data. It flummoxed us both. It took hours to investigate and resolve and yet she did so with so much patience, reassurance and kindness.
I have since popped into store a few more times with minor technical queries and each and every time I left feeling happy, 100% reassured and with all my issues resolved.
Never ever have I experienced such incredible service. And her level of human kindness was nothing short of humbling.
This young lady deserves a pay rise. At the very least, recognition and credit for having made a difference to my world.
What a star.
Credit also to an equally as helpful and kind chap named Alex.
He was involved also - filling in on my ongoing tech issues in Sarah's absence.
He even offered me a tissue to wipe away my stressed tears.
Such service. Thank you!!
