Faraz has been of great help to me
Faraz has been of great help to me. I had trouble porting my number and then getting an eSIM from Vodafone. I tried with a store in Derby before but that didn’t work out. I tried my luck again in Southside London Vodafone store and Faraz there helped me sort everything out. He’s very diligent, kind and helpful. Really professional and knowledgeable about his work. Truly appreciate him!!

We had a wonderful experience with Nayab, having come in feeling very frustrated only to leave happy, satisfied and listened to after receiving her help. waqar was also a great help, as they both patiently and kindly helped us with our upgrade and issues with our contract.
