I was served by Anthony

I was served by Anthony. Myself and my Dad needed help with my Dads mobile account. Anthony was very helpful and cheerful too. He fully explained what steps were needed. And helped with that. So we were very pleased with my Dad’s new plan.
And I was so impressed with his help that I have moved my contract to Vodaphone today as well.

I would like to leave a lovely review for Mariah from Vodafone - Lakeside shopping centre.
Mariah was incredibly kind, patient, and helpful throughout the whole process. She took the time to listen to my situation, explained everything clearly, and did her best to help me. I truly appreciate all the support she gave me and the discounts she arranged — it made a big difference for me.

First class customer service from Tolulupe (Thurrock)

I received the most incredible customer service from Tolulupe at the Thurrock, Lakeside store. I had visited on two consecutive days and was told previously that nothing could be done immediately and I'd have to come back. I met Tolulupe on my third visit and he went above and beyond to ensure I left with a completed job. I was not able to use my phone for almost a week but after Tolulupe's persistence I was finally able to use it. Thank you Tolulupe for your willingness to assist me in what felt like a frustrating situation. First class customer service!
