Really helpful staff in store
Josh in Swansea store very helpful in going through my existing contract with me and helping me remove unnecessary data. Have used Vodafone for years due to good mobile coverage, and have always had great customer service in this store. Highly recommend.

Katie was lovely
Katie was lovely, really helpful, knew her stuff and was really funny. Nothing was too much trouble and as an older person it was great to be spoken to and treated like a Human being and not some old numpty. 10/10 customer service, thank you Katie.

Our interest has been down for two…
Our interest has been down for two weeks now since storm Darragh. We spoke several times to a lady at customer services who assured us everything would be up and running within a week and we’d be compensated for our hardship.
The engineer called today and fixed the problem but he said the router needed replacing as the signal wasn’t stable and it shouldn’t be like that. Vodafone have just messaged to congratulate themselves for fixing the problem and when we asked about compensation we’d get £9.76 for a reduced timeframe. About a week. We’re not getting a new router either. Contract runs out in March so they know where they can shove the renewal!

I came in to the Swansea store today with my aunt who is 96 years of age.
We were helped by a lovely assistant called Becky.
She made what could have been a very stressful experience much easier.
She was kind, patient who guided us through the process & gave us prudent advice in an appropriate manner which my aunt understood.
The service received was above & beyond thank you.
