Joey was excellent
Joey was excellent, he brought my bill down by at least £25, while sorting me a better package as well as a new tablet I cannot fault him a single bit, plus he is going 2 sort out my old tablet so I don't have 2 figure it out myself

Katie is the best!
Katie made our experience one that has changed our view on Vodafone which I thought impossible as Vodafone has let us down so many times, when she said she was going to fix our issues and save us money I definitely thought here we go but nope she saved us a good few quid on our bill and fixed all our issues while also having an amazing chat and making us laugh the entire time. Definitely will be returning to the Swansea store again instead of ringing the useless call centres or doing the very long and taxing online chat. Thank you so much Katie!

Katie in Swansea was amazing and sorted out everything that had been an issue with an old supplier. Moved everything across, perfect plans for multiple devices and was an absolute legend whilst doing it.

Joey knew immediately what the problem…
Joey knew immediately what the problem was with my phone, an app had taken over the screen and put all apps in alphabetical order! After a few clicks Joey had solved the problem and deleted the nasty apps that had caused tge problem. Also sorted out my Broadband subscription. Thankyou, great service.

I recently visited the Vodafone branch in Swansea and had a really positive experience. I was professionally assisted by Joey and Hussam, who were both friendly, knowledgeable, and extremely patient throughout the whole process. They took the time to clearly explain my options and made sure everything was set up perfectly before I left.
It’s great to receive such excellent customer service — both Joey and Hussam made the visit smooth, stress-free, and genuinely pleasant. A big thank you to them for their professionalism and outstanding support. Highly recommended!

Really positive experience
Had a really positive experience in Vodafone Swansea. Purchased a Google phone via telephone with Vodafone and realised a few days later that Apple iPhone is still the best route for my business. The team were extremely understanding, helpful, and looked at all our options. Katie was absolutely brilliant , returning the phone and seeking the best price for an alternative iPhone. She was very understanding of us and helpful. Professional, humoured & most importantly kind. Thank you for the exceptional service!
