I went into the Vodafone shop in Sutton…
I went into the Vodafone shop in Sutton as my Samsung fold 6 phone had a faulty power on button. I sat down and the sales assistant didn't want to help me at all. I explained I had a faulty phone, when I handed it to her she started to go into the settings to perform a full factory reset. Thankfully I could see what she was doing and I stopped her. I explained it had a maintenance setting which meant a full reset wasn't nessasery. She looked at me like I was stupid and asked another female assistant who said the same thing. I asked if I could put it into maintenance mode anyway and if the engineer had to do a full reset then so be it. After all this she then tells me the phone is out of warranty. I explain it's only 6 months old but she insisted it's out of warranty. Could you imagine if she had reset my phone only then to be told they wouldn't deal with it!! OMG!!!! I explained Samsung give a two year warranty a d then she says it's because it was purchased online. No offer of a solution and I was told they wouldn't do anything. Well that's it for Vodafone, once my contract runs out, I'm done with them. I subsequently found out all I needed to do was ring Samsung and they send a courier to pick up and drop it back when it's fixed. If only the female sales assistant could have explained this instead of treating me so poorly, never again!

Greg is a great advisor
Came in for the second time and this time I got greeted by Greg who helped me with my zoom connection. And he was able to help me with advising me about a line that was not being used due to losing the phone last year.

Amazing service
Went in with my son on the first occasion to renew my contract and was greeted by Ainsley who was super helpful, friendly and patient. Made a return visit to pick up the phone on order and was assisted by Warren who was also super happy to help -the staff here are amazing and a credit to you

Came in looking for help with my handset
I came in looking for help with my Gmail not working and Greg from sutton store was very welcoming and took his time to assist me with being able to resolve my issue. He was very professional and had a lot of patience to teach me with using my phone. I am currently in contract with Three network. Next month when my contract is finished, I am 100% definitely coming to move over to Vodafone. The help today has really made my day and now I'm able to get into my emails.
