Super service from Emily
I have purchased all of my mobile phones from Vodaphone Sutton Coldfield for many years and have always received great service from all of the team members.
More recently I have been served by Emily on quite a few occasions and she has always been knowledgeable, polite, patient and helpful. She is a credit to Vodaphone and the branch she works in.

Emily at Sutton Coldfield…U star!
Haven’t been into a Vodafone shop for years, but needed to cancel and then purchase a new phone. Emily in the Sutton Coldfield shop was amazing. Really lovely young lady. Explained each and every step of everything she was doing and also what I needed to do for my trade in. She sought out the best deal for me and completed everything needed. Really grateful to her, honestly. Special shout out to the trainee in the store too. Especially for getting the AC turned on for me. Thanks again. Great store/experience!
