Appalling customer service
We arrange to have broadband fitted on the 21st of Sept. 15 days later it still isn't in and working. Vodafone customer service is appalling. We have numerous engineers at our home and online with no success. We have spent days waiting in for help with very poor communication.
As our home security it internet based we have had to cancel a holiday. This company simply doesn't care about the customer so avoid being a customer.

Went to sunderland store to get help with getting home broadband and adilah was the best help. Got sorted within 20 minutes after id struggled with the app.
