This is the second time we have been in…
This is the second time we have been in the Vodafone shop in Stockport merseyway. The guy who works in the shop was very helpful. We are having a problem with reception on both are mobiles. Sam was very helpful and a credit to the company Vodafone.

Adam, the Assistant Manager at the Stockport store was brilliant. Professional and very helpful. Resolved my issue efficiently and explained process clearly, which I very much appreciated. Adam was conscientious and so provided a great service.

Called in to Vodafone in Stockport, I wasn’t spending much money but just had a couple of queries. I was assisted by Ish. He couldn’t have been more pleasant, polite and helpful, not at all pushy. A very rare experience of being treated like a valued customer despite not spending much this time but this is the kind of customer service that will bring this customer back when I want to spend more. Great service, great staff. We were served by Sam and Bianca-they were so helpful and sorted out deals that suited us perfectly. I like that you can call in the shop and speak to people face to face-especially when they are as helpful as these two. Thank you.
