Muj and Laura were very helpful

Muj and Laura were very helpful. I came to Vodafone today with a WiFi issue and Laura spent up to 30minute helping me with kindness and a huge smile. Muj helped me with informing me about my upgrade for my sim plan and he was extremely patient and amazing with his advice

Farhan and Amz has been excellent and…

Farhan and Amz has been excellent and have helped me replace my SIM card and getting a new phone. I also got a new tablet as I wanted to watch football on it and am very glad they have sorted it. Amazing customer service skills and will be back again for future references

Change of phone plan

I have dealt with Amz twice this week. He has been extremely efficient, professional and has helped me to change my monthly phone plan. I would recommend him and will always ask for him in the future.

Great service

Great service, went above and beyond to help me setting up internet and ESIM. Highly recommended if you’re moving from abroad to visit Vodafone in St Albans.

Vodafone St Albans Farhan and Amz have…

Vodafone St Albans Farhan and Amz have been fanatastic - so patient with me in selling a new phone, and transferring the Data over. very patient and so professional both of them . I highly recommend them and this store. Last year i went to Vodafone Borehamwood they were very unhelpful and unknowledgeable but Vodafone St Albans were so fantastic and very knowledgeable. i highly recommend these guys.
