A big shout out to Jess who was so helpful with sorting me out with a new phone following the loss of my old one. Jess has excellent Customer Service skills and went above and beyond with her help and advice on the options available to me to get a new phone and Contract. Thank-you Jess! :))))

Went to the Vodafone store in Southport to get home broadband. Abi was great! She explained everything so clearly and made the whole process as easy as possible. Would highly recommend going into the store as the service was great!
