I visited the Vodafone Southend store to renew my airtime plan, and Vetus made the entire process incredibly smooth and hassle-free. His experience really showed, he was knowledgeable, efficient, and ensured everything was handled seamlessly. Excellent service!

Came in to store to get small ammendment to contact, left with both an upgrade to all services I get from Vodafone and at a way better price fnaf I was paying before.
Abbas sorted my original request straight away, then offered to arrange better deals for all my other services.
Very happy with my experience

So much hassle trying to set up new phone
Went in to collect my new iPhone which I was paying for them to set up and transfer everything from my old phone. They were unable to do it because of possible connection problems? Anyway, I was sent off to do it myself and told it would be simple,
However, it transpires I need a QR code which I haven’t got and wasn’t told about at the shop.
I’ve tried to ring Vodafone but told there is no one to help me with set up.
I’ve tried to set up an account for help but they don’t recognise my phone number and DOB!
When I try to transfer from my existing phone it tells me I need to contact Vodafone but they refer me back to log in which they can’t.
So, now I will have to make another trip into town to try and get sorted.
I’m tempted to just cancel and go elsewhere.
