Great Help and Support

Great advise
Went through everything with me to make sure I was happy
Helped me transfer everything from old phone to new phone and made sure important apps worked

Staff very pleasant and helpful.

Thank you Lee and Seana!

In the space of a week my partner and I both visited the store to upgrade our handsets and change our sim packages. Both Lee and Seana were both incredible. They were extremely knowledgable, friendly and didn’t make us feel like any question was too silly! We both prefer visiting the store for phone upgrades and experiences like this reaffirm that this decision is by far the easiest and most informative way of changing phones. Thanks guys!

I visited South Shields store

I visited South Shields store to upgrade my phone. Store assistant Katie, was extremely helpful and made the experience easy and straightforward. Nothing beats a face to face experience.
