Pleasant and professional employees

Great Service

I had a great experience with Kirsty at Vodafone. She was friendly, knowledgeable, and took the time to clearly explain my options without any pressure. Kirsty handled everything efficiently and made what could have been a complicated process really straightforward. It’s rare to get such genuinely helpful customer service these days, so it really stood out. Thanks again, Kirsty!
