I managed to get the phone I wanted with a better deal. Plus changing to Vodafone broadband I saved money on my broadband deal. April was brilliant.

Wonderful service from both Emily and April in trying to sort out a sim card for my daughters phone, they both went above and beyond to get this sorted for us.... Left the store with an extremely happy daughter, also both members of staff were so friendly and easy to talk to... Well done Vodafone Scarborough

Broadband upgrade and 2 phone sym upgrade.
Excellent service by Tom. He upgraded our broadband and phone Sims and we are only paying A few pounds a month extra, so we are really pleased.To be honest our broadband was absolutely rubbish, but now we've upgraded he ensured us it would be a lot better once it's been installed on 2 July.

I went into Vodafone after having some…
I went into Vodafone after having some issues with my phone while travelling. I was greeted and served initially by Tony who listened to my issues carefully. After spending his time looking into the problems I was having. He resolved them and managed to help me find an absolutely fantastic new plan that would rectify the problem while also saving me money on my contract. Tom completed the transaction the following day and was very polite and professional. I highly recommend this store and its staff members.

Owen and Tony were amazing!
I went in to enquire about upgrading my phone and couldn't fault the experience at all. Owen and Tony talked me through everything and found me a truly amazing deal that was cheaper than what I was paying before, and I got a new phone out of it!
They were patient and explained everything in as much ad detail as I needed. As always when upgrading phones and contracts, it can often take a while, but they helped pass the time with friendly conversation.

Tyler Matthew (Scarborough) was amazing!
We’ve been Vodafone customers for many years and I am very loyal only I’ve been trying to upgrade my Wife’s mobile handset and airtime package but following numerous calls to Vodafone direct I just couldn’t get the right package for my Wife, this left me for the first time thinking do I start looking at other providers, NO! We visited the Vodafone Scarborough store for the second time in this period and waited to speak to Tyler who we had seen previously, Tyler was amazing, he completely understood what we wanted and didn’t try to sell us anything he knew we didn’t want, we have now agreed a new airtime package and order a new handset, many thanks to Tyler as our loyalty to Vodafone could’ve slipped away for the first time in more years than I care to remember, Tyler, Vodafone owe you one!!

Unexpected new phone day 🙂
I went in for a battery refresh on my old phone, money is tight at the moment so thought this was my best option even if my phone had a few issues aground the battery and charging port. April advised my brilliantly on my options which I wasn’t really sure were available to me and I came out with a new device and better air time plan than I’m currently on. My Experience with April in the Scarborough store today was great and so much better than online!
