Worst unlimited plan you can get
Worst unlimited plan you can get! I had my my plan upgraded to unlimited, first 3 mos was brilliant but after wards it began to become slow no one attends me the keep passing me one to another and it only reaches 2-4mbps each time i do the internet speed test. I wanna cancel my plan so bad with these company, dont advertise lies!

We have 2 unlimited plans: Unlimited (max 10Mbps) and Unlimited Max (fastest available speed). If you're on an Unlimited Max plan and therefore have no speed cap, we would recommend checking out our Network Status Checker online. This tool http://vodafone.uk/nsc will advise you on how our network’s performing where you are, including up-to-date information on anything going on that might be affecting your services.

Walked in enquiring about broadband. My plan was to shop around. But after the service I received, I had to take my broadband from Voda. These guys were amazing in their service. Extremely helpful.
Gary was exceptionally helpful, explaining how we could move over from our networks, got us a great deal, and we walked out of store with new phones within 20 minutes! Would highly recommend the shop and Gary in particular.

Be wary what you are unknowingly getting sign up to.
May need to amend review but recently went in to store to renew my broadband contract - like for like. What I didn't know and wasn't explained that they signed me up for this new digital service. Didn't realise until I started to get messages through about Engineer coming to potentially dig up garden and drill holes in my wall. My landline will cease to work (I have health issues and rely on my landline). Now gone into a complete spin. Spoken to shop again who aren't now interested. They put me on to someone on the phone who has no idea how the new digital service works either but tried to find some answers for me. Feel a bit conned. I knew this service will be 'law' by 2925 and presumably much more expensive - hard to tell as I have a 12 page pricing sheet that I don't fully understand.
Hopefully when Engineer comes next week he/she/they know what they are doing because it is chaos. Can't get any proper sense out of anyone and not being techno literate the pages and pages of paperwork doesn't help ease my panic. Maybe all will go smoothly but as no one I spoke to at Vodafone knows how it works I am not feeling confident.

We completely understand the importance of receiving the required help and support when needed, especially when it comes to the complexities of a new broadband service. This isn't the experience we wanted you to have, nor the service that we strive for here at Vodafone.
In regards to Digital Voice, this connects your home phone through your router and uses your broadband connection to let you to make and receive calls, opposed to the traditional and soon to be obsolete phone lines. This is part of the Openreach plan to upgrade everyone in the UK https://vodafone.uk/3HSoRRh - you'll get clearer calls, it won't cost any extra, and it won't change how you make phone calls or use your broadband.
In a power cut you can't make calls. Your telephone connects to your router for Digital Voice, so if the router loses power, you won't be able to use your landline until it comes back on. This is important if you want to make emergency calls – you need to have a mobile phone with signal. If you rely on your home phone for accessibility needs, and don't have a mobile to make emergency calls, chat to us https://vodafone.uk/34vNhfw
