I was served in rhyl Vodafone shop to day by Ahmad , what a fantastic young lad , hes very helpful , nothing was to much trouble for him , I would 100% recommend the staff at that store

Store was welcoming when entered
Store was welcoming when entered. Aaron introduced himself when I first entered the store. He assisted in saving me money on broadband and upgrade on my phone. It felt that they put the customer at the heart of everything they do. Thank you.

Pleasant and patient Staff
The member of staff Ian was very friendly and helpful explaing things in detail and made us feel very welcome ..nothing was any trouble for him ..he helped us with many questions we were not sure about ..amazing service

Great staff
Great staff - helpful and knowledgeable.
Had to deal with poor computer system yesterday - spent over an hour - to get nowhere.
All sorted today.
Like I said - staff great - please provide better tech support for them.
