I was served in rhyl Vodafone shop to day by Ahmad , what a fantastic young lad , hes very helpful , nothing was to much trouble for him , I would 100% recommend the staff at that store

Excellent service

George Jones, who assisted us with our transaction was amazing, knowledgeable, patient, helpful and courteous. We will definately come back when the phone contract comes up for renewal. Many thanks 😁

Excellent Service

We came into the store Rhyl store to ask about upgrading from our SIM only to phone accounts along with switching our internet provider. Alex came to assist us and we can not thank him enough. Alexander and Ryan were Brilliant

Alexander and Ryan were extremely helpful and patient. They sorted two contract phones for my daughters and done everything possible to accommodate and tailor them perfectly. We are truly grateful. Awesome staff.

We saw Alexander today in the Rhyl store. Great customer service. Really helpful and managed to help me with the MyVodafone app which no one had ever done before. Also helping us switch to Vodafone Broadband.

Alex was amazing

Alex was amazing, talked me thought my contract, helped me when I didn't understand some of the terms he was talking about.
Alex is a credit to your company made me feel at ease, friendly and made me laugh

New Broadband contract and sim card

The sales advisor was an absolute pleasure to deal with. He was polite, friendly, very helpful and explained everything to you. He arranged an excellent deal on new broadband contract and sim card, with the package giving me better value for money than my existing providers.
I am very happy with service I receive today.
