maddie has been exceptionally brilliant throughout the in store service provided since may 15th _ todat greeted by vanessa who helpscollected my phone today and she couldnt have been more helpful'. we rarley come out to lunch and she offwred to transfer all my beloved elvis memorobilla. thd lady helping her helped update my facebook to elivs I collected my purchase from 15 the may was on delivery and she remembered I loved Elvis. on upgrading we had lunch whilst you transfered my Elvis pictures im obsessed with. she's a star 🌟

Vanessa and Sam made my whole experience a delight on Saturday when they introduced themselves. Sam offered me a "seat straight away! he was so warm and friendly throughout, I felt so welcomed and would not hesitate to come again.

Everything I asked was explained to me very well. There was no rush with the questions I had. The deals were very good from Vodafone, as always! Excellent member of staff called Vanessa was very knowledgeable and patient, a great example of customer service at its best!
