Very Helpful

Aaron in the Prestatyn store was very helpful. Provided clear advice how to manage 2 x numbers and clearly explained the offers. Left with a contract that meets my current and future needs.

Great customer service

Aaron was extremely helpful on two occasions and took the time to explain everything even though the store was due to close. Sorted out our contracts and ensured that everything was working and set up properly. Alse found the best deals. Excellent customer service. Diolch

I met Adam the advisor.

Not only was he extremely polite and kind, but he's a man who really 'knows his stuff'.

Aaron, Vodafone store, Prestatyn.

Aaron from the Vodafone store in Prestatyn, North Wales went above and beyond to fix my phone. I couldn't receive data and he calmly reassured me that the problem would be solved the same day. I left the store with a fully working phone, thanks to Aaron.
