Robert from the Vodafone store is an excellent salesperson and advisor. From the very beginning, he showed great professionalism, patience, and a personalized approach to customer service. He carefully listened to my needs and solutions that perfectly matched my situation.
His knowledge of the products and offers is impressive – he explains everything clearly and in an easy-to-understand way, which makes decision-making much easier. On top of that, he is very polite and genuinely committed to helping customers, creating a friendly and comfortable atmosphere.
I highly recommend Robert to anyone looking for reliable support and expert advice at a Vodafone store!

Good Friday visit
I popped into the store on Good Friday ( 3rd April ) to look into possibly swapping contract from O2 to Vodafone ( mainly due to poor signal with O2 ). I hadn’t planned to pay more than I was currently paying, however Devan my salesperson was so helpful / friendly and attentive that I decided to give Vodafone a try.
My contract has now started and jury’s out as to whether it’s better signal than O2 but the customer service so far is very good,
