The service received in store from David was both professional and friendly.

I recently visited the Vodafone store in Peckham and had a fantastic experience thanks to the sales associate Ivanovitch. From the moment I walked in, he was warm, welcoming, and genuinely attentive to my needs. Ivanovitch took the time to thoroughly understand my requirements, answer all my questions, and walk me through the best options available. His knowledge and dedication to finding the perfect solution were truly impressive.
Not only did he make the entire process smooth and stress-free, but his patience and professionalism also left a lasting impression. It’s rare to find such exceptional customer service, and Ivanovitch exceeded all expectations! Gemima was brilliant
Gemima was brilliant. She helped my son and I expertly get a new phone contract and phone. She offered us the best deals on the day and found great ways to make the contracts work for us. We got 50% our 2nd phone contract too, which was an unexpected surprise.
When my phone arrives next week she's personally offered to set up and transfer all my information across. I couldn't be happier with the service. Great customer service!

I had a fantastic experience at Vodafone when upgrading my contract. I was served by the manager, Waqqar, himself which was a shock as he was leading the staff by example. Whilst serving me he educated me on what my current deal/usage was enquired what I was I looking for. He then suggested deals that’s were more suited for me and educated me on a handful of offers available that I was not aware of. He was very approachable and charming. I often leave Vodafone satisfied but today I left extremely happy. You don’t often see a manager himself on the floor serving people the way this man was. Interacting with all the customers and welcoming them in. He managed my upgrade whilst giving guidance to his staff smoothly. Peckham is very lucky to have Waqqar. I was so impressed by this man’s ability as a salesman I return 5mins later with two boxes of chocolate for him.
