Met with Connor who went stepwise…
Met with Connor who went stepwise through the current position and what I was now entitled to with an improvement in my service while no appreciable change in cost.
Must say, I did not expect to find 12+ emails when I came home but I feel sure they are for the benefit of both parties.
Even provided me with a booklet on how to keep young persons safe online.
A painless experience during which Connor was very polite to someone who is an IT idiot.

Very welcoming and helpful staff
Very welcoming and helpful staff. We went in to discuss an upgrade for my daughter. The staff spoke to my 15yr old daughter and asked her preference and made the experience all about her and her choices,while keeping within the budget we agreed. The staff even stayed late to help us process the purchase without making us feel rushed. Excellent service.
