Brilliant customer service from Emma!
Brilliant customer service from Emma on my recent visit.
She explained all my options for SIMO deals and a new device deals- very thorough and clear.
I have been wanting to move from another network after their network recently went down and I couldn't even make emergency calls! Moving across was a must with Vodafone's better coverage after Emma explained what the coverage would be like with Vodafone in my area.
I came away from the Oldham Store feeling informed, confident and reassured with my new plan.
Thank you Emma for taking the time to explain all my options and getting me the best plan for what I need. I really appreciate it.

Our Vodafone experience. We cannot thank the staff at the Oldham…
We cannot thank the staff at the Oldham shopping centre, Emma and Corey, enough for the time, patience and expertise today. We went into the store to pick up our new phones and they were brilliant. Emma explained everything as she went along and we are so grateful because thanks to her the change over from one phone to another was achieved without a single problem.

Excellent Upgrade Service
A big thank you to Parvez at Vodafone Oldham branch for his excellent service while helping me with my upgrade. His advice on choosing my new device and airplan was brilliant. Parvez is knowledgable, professional, patient and friendly and no question was too big or too small to answer! I am more than happy with my new Samsung Galaxy S24 and my very generous new Airplan.
