Kirsty was absolutely brilliant she is a Legend!!!
Kirsty was absolutely brilliant she helped so much and even had us get a Wi-Fi booster and a great Sim plan. She was so helpful and knowledgeable she is a credit to your staff and the most knowledgeable person I ever met to sell me a fone plan. Thankyou so much she was an absolute pleasure and a credit to your staff. When I come back I hope she still works there but with her talent and expertise I expect her to be running the place.

Always get a good deal.
We had a very good experience upgrading our phones we new what phones we wanted and Rob at Vodafone Nottingham was very helpful throughout and with all the offers on from Samsung sorted us a great deal thanks.

Excellent Customer Service
The assistant Kirsty from the Clumber Street Branch in Nottingham was excellent, so friendly, and very helpful.Im not very savvy when it comes to mobile phones. Sorted my problem out efficiently and was very patient and explained everything simply. Went above and beyond .
