I was seen by Caitlin, who very helpfully supported me to review my account and supported me to upgrade my device whilst applying a discount.
I'm a very happy customer, leaving with 2 devices and a nice discount 👍.

Very Impressed with the Customer Service
I had remarkable service from all the staff in the shop on 11th May. They were extremely helpful and kind. In particular, Matthew made my phone swap an enjoyable experience and explained all the processes well. I was dreading swapping my phone for a new one but Matthew did all the work for me. I apologise for the tears ! I have since got used to my new phone - thanks to you all.

VODAFONE ARE 💩 they couldn't give me broadband or telephone service so I only had a mobile with them it was ceased and it's all now with EE and BT as I won't bother with these idiots again as they are too expensive

Great customer experience
I had a great experience with Vodaphone in Norwich both yesterday and today. My phone issues were successfully solved thanks to Adam, who was very knowledgable, professional and extremely helpful/patient with me. I would definitely recommend going to Vodaphone for dedicated customer service!

Nothing was too much trouble
I called at the Chantry Place Norwich branch. Jacob and Mia sorted out my problem with great care and attention. I felt as if nothing was too much trouble. A great advert for the branch/company.

Rarely enjoyable changing your phone and contract but Ogeh in Norwich Chaplefield worked me an excellent deal, sorted the phone delivery and transferred all the data with a smile on his face. Thanks to him for his customer friendly attitude and effort.

I went into the shop to order a new phone was greeted by a lovely young lady named Megan who obviously has the patience of a Saint! I had just driven to the city after a very busy week of work with 7/8 year olds more or less feeling brain dead! Megan explained everything several times for me to understand!! She is a true Ambassador for your company worth her weight In gold.
