Kate was an excellent advisor and is an asset to Vodaphone. However the whole team would do so much better if the computer speed and reliability were upgraded so there are less delays in helping customers.

Gesy was absolutely brilliant, really good customer service, very good knowledge of products and all the contracts you offer. She knew exactly what I was looking for and offered the best deal and all explained all the perks that I wasn’t aware off.. Amazing Job!
