Gesy was absolutely fantastic

Gesy was absolutely fantastic, I literally had a situation setting up a broadband with Vodafone through a third party that didn’t work out, she was really patient and helped me through the process and all got sorted out.

Popped in to upgrade my phone

Popped in to upgrade my phone, ended up with problem , as on system my name was listed wrong . Even though I have never had a problem before. And have upgraded my phone several times

The person who attended to me has a professional touch to what she does. I would gladly go back to that office if all your staff are that good at what they do.

The person that attended to me have great communication skills and she was very civil and polite. I think her name was Gesy. Top professional at her job. Kudos

Gesu was incredibly helpful!

Gray really made my visit to the Vodafone store in Northampton both a seamless and pleasant experience. She went above and beyond to ensure she found me the best deals and ensured my second phone was also in date for SIM. I had had some technical problems with my direct debit and had been manually paying through the app, Gesu ensured this was all sorted out and put through the correct account.
Really friendly and helpful young lady, thank you so much for all your help!
