I was very impressed by the knowledge and professional manner of the staff member who sorted out my contract problem. He (Harry) was able to guide me through the whole process by using terms I could understand as I am not very technical.

Spent an hour with Dylan this morning in the busy weekend before Xmas - he was so calm & gave great advice. Got sorted with a phone upgrade & two SIM only plans. He even checked my broadband deal. Brilliant service, couldn’t recommend highly enough!
