I had a great experience in store today thanks to Lottie. She was really friendly, patient and explained everything clearly. She helped me find a deal that actually suited me and made the whole process quick and easy. Would definitely recommend asking for her!

Great customer service
Yesterday I went to the Vodafone store in Newport isle of Wight. I wanted to buy a new phone and I was greeted by a lovely man named Dan. I was very welcoming, listened to what I wanted and needed and he knew what he was talking about. Very professional and knowledgeable. He gave me a phone and plan that was right for me. Very quick as well. Also, as I was visiting he recommended places for me to visit and showd interest in my trip. In the end he made sure to give me all the information I needed to know. Great service and all with a smile. Thank you Dan.
