Stephen, Megan and all staff were really helpful, knowledgeable and friendly when I had to sort out a pay as you go phone for my 92 year old mother.

Connor answered a variety of questions…
Connor answered a variety of questions about our landline and my mobile phone contract. He was very helpful and knowledgeable and saved me money on my bills for the next 6 months.

I decided to change service provider and a relative recommended going to Vodafone in Morpeth. She said there's a great guy there called Connor who's very helpful and friendly.
He was extremely helpful and knowledgeable. Transferred everything across to my new iPhone 15 and showed me what was different to my old iPhone 7.
I also signed up to Broadband with you as I'm moving into a new house soon.
Conner explained everything to me and offered a discount as a package.
I work in Morpeth and he said to pop in anytime if I have any issues.
I'm so happy with my new phone.
What an asset he is to Vodafone and nothing was a problem to him.

Super experience at the Morpeth store served by Connor who made everything incredibly simple and stress-free. Possibly the easiest experience I have had anywhere when it comes to swapping providers. Would 100% recommend!

What is particularly impressive is that they are not only efficient and full of knowledge when purchasing but are quick to resolve any issues if they do arise.
For me, good after sales, especially when there is a hiccup, shows the true value and culture and these guys were brilliant.

Tanicha's amazing customer service!!
Tanicha was extremely helpful, efficient, and friendly. I have had a few visits to Vodafone stores for the same issue and I have never had the amazing service I have had today!
