The 2 staff members here were really helpful and tried to sort everything out. Unfortunately we had phoned customer service who were not helpful but these 2 girls Sidra and Katie were excellent.

I went into the Vodafone shop at… Middlesbrough

I went into the Vodafone shop at Middlesbrough the assistant name was Ewan after two fail attempts with customer services over the phone. I was advised to go into the Middlesbrough branch. I’m so glad I did. This guy is a credit to your company. He sorted everything out for me. Nothing was too much trouble. What can I say about him? You’re lucky to have a person like that working for you there is not many like him About customer service excellent the way he spoke excellent everything he done for me top notch well done to him. Everyone was very pleasant in the shop.

Ewan was super helpful

Ewan was super helpful. got me a better deal for my upgrade and helped me a new tablet aswell since he helped me save loads on my new phone upgrade!
if your visiting the vodafone middlesbrough store i would reccommend seeing and speaking to Ewan!
